Patient treated with Tertiary (3rd) Open Revision Septorhinoplasty

This lady had initially been unhappy with a dorsal hump on her nose. She came to see me after two rhinoplasties. Her main concerns were that she still had a bulky bridge above the tip, a deviation of her nose was apparent, the tip was unrefined and the nose was large for her face and not feminine.

At operation, the excess bridge tissue was removed, spreader grafts used to straighten the nasal septum, the tip de-projected, further grafts used to correct tip cartilage asymmetry and fine grafts to refine the tip
