Patient treated with Revision Secondary Open Septorhinoplast

This lady came to see me after a rhinoplasty. . Her main concerns were that she still had a persistent dorsal hump, a deviation of her nose, the tip was unrefined, the nose was large for her face and not feminine. In addition she suffered from bilateral nasal blockage.

At operation, the excess bridge tissue was removed, spreader and septal extension grafts used to straighten the nasal septum to improve appearance and breathing, the tip cartilage asymmetry corrected and a fine graft used to refine the tip
