Patient treated with Revision Secondary Open Rhinoplast

This lady originally underwent surgery for a dorsal hump, bulky and wide tip. She came to see me for a revision rhinoplasty because of a persisting dorsal excess, bulky, wide tip and tip drop, particularly when smiling.

At surgery the excess bridge tissue was removed as was fibrous fatty tissue over the tip cartilages. The tip was secured to prevent drop and refined with fine tip grafts.
