Severe nasal deformity resulting from a traumatic nasal injury. Two rhinoplasties elsewhere had failed to correct the problem. I carried out a tertiary open reconstructive rhinoplasty with nasal and rib cartilage grafts. The procedure took over 4 hours and the results are shown at 1 week and 6 weeks post-surgery.
