This lady was unhappy with deviation of her nose and a dorsal hump, possibly from a swing injury in childhood.

At operation the nasal bridge was smoothed and excess removed, nasal bones re-aligned, spreader and onlay grafts used to straighten the deviated septum and correct asymmmetry and fine cartilage grafts used to define the tip.
