This lady was unhappy with a dorsal nasal hump and heavy, undefined nasal tip.

At operation the dorsal hump was removed, tip bulk reduced, the tip suspended to prevent drop and fine cartilage grafts used to define the tip. She worked hard with post-op massages to prevent thick skin from obscuring the correction.
