This lady came to see me for correction of a dorsal hump. She had mild deviation of the nose and a bulky tip.

At operation the nasal bridge was smoothed and excess removed, nasal bones re-aligned, excess tip soft tissue removed and fine cartilage grafts used to define the tip.
