This lady came to see me for correction of a dorsal hump, excessive projection and a bulbous dropped tip.

At operation the dorsal (bridge) excess was removed, nasal bones re-aligned, excess tip soft tissue removed, the nasal tip elevated and secured and fine cartilage grafts used to define it.
